Every member of The club shall be bound by the provisions of the constitution, Bye-Laws and Rules of The club for the time being in force and as may be amended or modified from time-to-time.
Every member shall record his address and sign in his own pen in the Members’ register and that address shall be used for notice correspondence to him until any change is duly notified and entered in the register. Any change of address should be intimated to the club as early as possible.
Every member has equal right to take part in the club activities subject to existing rules and regulations of the club.
While the general notice shall be put up on the notice board, notice to the individual members may be sent by post/courier on the accorded address of the member or by publication in local Hindi daily,newspaper.
The club shall ordinarily be open and ready for reception of all types of members on all days.
Unless otherwise changed, the following shall be The club Hours: i. Sunday to Saturday : 7.00am to 11.00pm
However Club Restaurant and other Limited services shall be available from 11Hrs. to 23.00Hrs.
All club bills are payable on presentation and in any case not later than 15th of the month. If payment is not received within 30 days,the member shall be sent a reminder, and if the payment is not received within 15 days thereafter, the member shall be notified by a registered letter at his/her cost at his/ her latest address available in club. Unless the payment in full is made within 15 days, his name shall be placed on the defaulter’s list to be posted in a conspicuous part of The club. If the account remains unpaid within two months from the date of this notice, his/her membership shall be liable to be terminated No member, who is posted as a defaulter, shall be entitled during the period of his/her default, to any of the privileges of membership.
Member’s Servants, Ayahs, Drivers or other attendents are not allowed inside The club building or Main gathering when any party is going on.
A member having cause to complain against any staff member or any matter in The Club should enter his complaint or make his suggestion in writing in the book kept for that purpose.
No. Member shall take away from The Club any newspaper, periodicals or any other article.
No member shall use address of the club in any way viz. advertisement prospectus or business latter, circular etc.
No member is under any circumstances permitted to bring a dog or any other animal into The Club premises.
A member and or any other organization shall not bring under any circumstances whatever, any edible or soft drinks in the club premises either for own or for serving any guest except on occasions with prior permission of the Secretary of the president. No. alcoholic drinks from outside are allowed in the club as per Excise Rules.
No notice and / or poster will be displayed in the club except with the prior permission of the Secretary or the President.
Permanent Members, Annual Member and life Member and their spouse shall be at liberty to introduce guest to The club upon such terms as may be laid down in any bye-laws of The club upon such terms as may be laid down in any bye-laws of the club for the time being in force.
The names are to be entered in the Guest Register by the Members/Life Members each time he/they introduce a guest to The club. No Guest will be allowed in The club without his name being entered in The register. The introducing member will be responsible for the conduct, behavior and the dress of the guest.
No guest shall be allowed in the club unless accompanied by the host member
Members shall have to pay the guest charge @ Rs. 50/- (Rupees Fifty only) per day per guest for all sections of The club unless specified and @ Rs. 100/- (One hundred) only per day for card Room of The club. The guest charges are subject to revision by the managing committee from time to time.
Those persons, whose membership has been terminated, cannot be introduced as guest.
Following Bye-laws will be applicable regarding use of Swimming pool:
The pool will remain open as notified by the Managing Committee.
The participant members shall pay the charges for using swimming pool as fixed by the managing committee.
The participant member and their dependents shall enter their names as well as the names of their guest (out station guest only).if any,in the attendance before using the pool.
The Club expect every person using the pool to help keeping the pool clean and free all infectious or contagious disease must on no account use the pool or the showers.
Persons considered not in a fit state of health will not be permitted to use the pool.
Bathing costumes of normally accepted patters must be worn. While wearing such costumes the people concerned must confine themselves to the swimming pool area of The Club. All ladies and Gentelmen, who wear their hair long, must wear bathing caps at all times while actually in the pool.
Use of soap or any other toiletry is not permitted in the pool.
The Managing Committee reserves the right to disallow use of the pool to any one without assigning any reasons to him.
The Club does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the death, drowing injury or infection of any consequences thereof (due to any reason whatsoever) arising to members, their families or their guests making use or any facilities, equipment or fixtures in The Club. All users will have to sing a bond of this effect before the start using the pool.
The Club does not accept any responsibility for the safety of property of the members, their families or their guests. All personal property left with the bearers or in the dressing room is entirely at the owners’ risk. Members are advised in no circumstances to leave money or valuable there. If any belonging is left with The staff, the Club responsibility for safe custody is entirely that of the owner.
Guest charges are applicable as decided by the committee from time to time.

No beverages and /or refreshments are permitted in the pool.
Smoking whilst in the swimming pool is strictly prohibited.
Pool users are required to have their own towel.
The managing Committee shall have the power to close the pool completely or partially for maintenance repairs etc. or reserve the same for sports, games or other activities.
Swimming pool users are strictly forbidden from interfering with any of the machinery, pumps or other appliances or the working thereof or from entering the pump house.
It is forbidden the throw or introduce into the pool any foreign material except which is specifically provided by the club or except rubber balls, lifesavers and swimming gears.
The Managing Committee may, from time-to-time, decide certain days/timing exclusively for females during which no male members will be allowed inside the swimming pool area.
Following Bye-laws will be applicable regarding the use of Tennis & Badminton court:
The courts will be available for use by the members and their dependents as per their declaration and record maintained by the club and their guests.
The Tennis and badminton players shall pay maintenance charge as fixed by the managing Committee from time to-time.
Guest charges for Tennis will be Rs. 50/- per day.
The Managing Committee shall have the right to close the court for repair maintenance or reserve the same for tournaments.
The club will not provide Racquet, Ball, However the Club can arrange these on actual cost basis on player’s request in writing to the Club.
Players can play with the players of their own choice among the members and their dependents. If other players are waiting the players will leave the court after completing one set in Tennis and Three games in Badminton and will allow other players.
Following Bye-laws will be applicable regarding use of Table Tennis:
Members and their dependents and their guests may play Table Tennis on all days of the week on timing announced by the Managing Committee from time-to-time.
The Club will not provide Racquet /Ball. However a simple set will be available in The Club and better quality materials can be arranged by it on actual cost basis on players’ request in writing to the club.
Players can play with the players of their own choice among the members and their dependents. If other players are waiting the players will leave the table after completing two games and will allow other players.
Players shall pay maintenance charge as fixed by the managing Committee from time-to-time.
Guest charge for using table tennis will be Rs. 10/- per person for half an hour an hour or two games
The Club shall provide catering service for all its members on all days of the week or as may be decided by the managing committee
The managing Committee shall from time-to-time instruct the manager and the club staff in regard to the system and tariff to be adopted for catering to the members in general and during parties etc. Interest members may, therefore, make enquiries from the management of the club.
Order for catering should be placed at least one hour before the club closing time
Booking for parties may be made only by a member or by an organization on payment and prior approval of Honorary secretary
Number of invitee should not be more than 100 (Hundred)
The Managing Committee is empowered to book or cancle request for party and other bookings
No person below the age of 21 years off age will be served alcoholic drinks and or allowed to enter into the Bar
All sales from the restaurant and Bar shall be on cash & Credit Card only
Members should refrain from talking loudly or making any noise which may disturb other players in bar room.
It shall be duty of the consumer member to ask for bill and make payment before leaving the club.
Food and beverages from outside will not be allowed except with prior perimission of the managing committee secretary
If a member deposits an advance of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand ) only with the canteen and Bar, can order service on credit. However he shall have to deposit again when the balance becomes Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) Only.
Timing of Bar of the club shall be guided by the Government regulations and guidelines and managing committee. i.e. from 11AM to 11PM.
Following will be the Bye-laws applicable regarding the use of Guest House
The room in guest house can be booked only through member.
That the club member will be responsible for the payment and any untoward incident done by the guest.
The Guest must furnish details in the register.Any concealment will be the liability or the Member through whom he had obtained the Room.
The check out time will be 24 hours.
No illegal activities are allowed in the guest House; e.g. Gambling holding meetings etc.
Only two persons will be allowed to stay in a room. One person extra may be allowed for which an extra charge of Rs. 250/- has to be paid. Club will not provide any extra bed for it. This will not be applicable for minor children.
Alcohol, Beer, Beverages & Food is not permitted from outside whereas it can be obtained from the club bar & Restaurant on payment.
Booking of Guest House Room against 100% advance payment of Room rent. New rent is rupees 1200/- per day per Room w.e. from 01/04/2014. If any cancellation before 24 hours , 50% of the Room rent charges will be refunded.
Guest Room will be allotted only for 3 days at a stretch, In case of further requirement the prior permission has to be obtained from the secretary of The Club.
Before checking out the room, the charges incurred must be paid.
In case of any damage or theft from the room the Member through whom the room was booked will be responsible . The club will compensate the loss from that member.
The guest availing the room can enjoy the other club facilities as per the norms
Following will be the Bye-laws applicable regarding the use of Billiards
The Billiards room will remain open as notified by the committee (10am-2.30pm) (4pm-11pm).
The Members Member guests and their dependents enter his/her name with other necessary details in the attendance register along with the in and out time
The Managing Committee reserves the right to disallow the permission for the billiards room to any Member with due reasons for the same
No credit notes will be entertained against Billiards room charges
Member guest and dependents are subject to pay charges Rs. 20/- per head per frame as Billiards room charges
Members dependents are in no case permitted to entertain any guests in the Billiards room.
No food or any kids of bewares is allowed in the billiards room and in case any member wants to avail bar services in the room he/she is subject to pay 10% extra on their bar bill as service charges.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the billiards Room.
Member in no case are allowed to reserve the billiards table for more than two frames or one hours whichever is earlier.
Freshers are requested to pay under guidance of the trainer.
Member and their guests are advised to take special care of the billiards Table and other playing accessories supplied by the club and in case of any damage to the same due to negligence to any other part then playing members shall bear the damages as per actual.
Honorable members are requested not to entertain more than guests to the Billiards room in any give case.
Frequent and regular playing members are advised to subscribed to the Billiards room at Rs. 200/- p.m and Rs.1500/- p.a.
